Building an audience on the web is an art and craft and one that takes a great deal of work.  Join several pioneers of the digital space as they discuss the tools and techniques they have used to build community around their projects and themselves.  This will be a very practical and informal discussion with Jason Leaver, Mike Fly, Scott Albert and Jill Golick.  Each will present examples of their work and talk about some of their successes and failures.  The event will touch on how the many ways an active engaged audience can help you, for example, through crowd sourced financing, sub-titling and the spreading of your content to their communities.
